Return Policy

All sales are considered final.

However, in exceptional cases where a product is received damaged, defective, or does not match the description provided, Descaler Cleaning will offer a replacement.

To Qualify for a Replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging must be provided

  • A copy of the packing slip or proof of purchase must be included

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If the package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, do not accept it from the courier. Descaler Cleaning will not be liable for damaged/opened packages accepted at delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.

Descaler Cleaning also reserves the right to deny service or cancel orders in cases of fraudulent or suspicious transactions.

Replacement Policy

Replacements for damaged or incorrect products will be processed at no additional cost within approximately 5 working days after delivery confirmation.

For Online Payments (Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking):

  • Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 48–72 business hours of receiving the returned products.

For Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer using the billing details provided by the customer.

  • The transfer will be initiated within 48–72 business hours of receiving the returned products.

  • It may take 4–6 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
