Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges apply to orders below ₹1500 as per standard rates.

  • Free shipping is available on orders above ₹1500.

Processing & Delivery Time

  • Processing Time: 3–5 business days

  • Delivery Time: 6–7 business days after dispatch

Descaler Cleaning is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier transfer delays

Shipping Charges

  • Flat international shipping fee: $25

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges. These charges:

  • Are the sole responsibility of the customer

  • Will not be reimbursed by Descaler Cleaning

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, international courier transfers, or country-specific regulations.

RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

Return Policy

All sales are final.

Descaler Cleaning reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will provide a replacement under the following conditions:

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving the package

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging must be submitted

  • Packing slip or proof of purchase must be included

We reserve the right to cancel any order if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected. Descaler Cleaning maintains a record of fraudulent transactions and may deny service to such customers.

Replacement Policy

Free replacement will be provided within 5 working days after delivery if:

  • The product was received in damaged, poor, or defective condition

  • The product delivered is different from what was ordered

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be processed under special circumstances and at the discretion of Descaler Cleaning.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be reflected within 7–10 days after processing

  • Processing delays may depend on the payment service provider

Refund Conditions:

To qualify for a full refund:

  • Products must be returned within 5 days of receipt

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • All tags and labels must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Return shipping costs and applicable taxes must be borne by the customer

  • Original shipping charges (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount

  • Refunds will be initiated within 3–4 working days after product verification
